Airtable + Stripe Invoice Creator

The business creates or selects an invoice record in Airtable. The workflow pulls the customer, services, prices, terms, and memo, then creates a Stripe invoice. Depending on the setup, the invoice can be sent by automation and payment status can update back in Airtable.

Make.com + Digital Product Delivery

Digital Asset Emailer

This system lets the business automatically send the right digital asset after a form submission without manually copying links or emailing files. Make.com watches the submission, checks the selected product in Google Sheets, pulls the asset and recipient details, routes the request, builds a branded HTML email, and sends the correct download link. If a product is missing or unavailable, the workflow can stop or flag the request instead of sending the wrong file.
